Welcome to Flax. 1 Kontext Image Edit App (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Flax. 1 Kontext Image Edit App ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on an iOS device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Circumvent any security or technological features of the App.

3. User Data and Privacy

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, use, and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• The App collects a photo of your face solely to apply Flax. 1 Kontext Image Edit generation.
• This photo is transmitted securely to a third-party API for real-time processing.
• Neither the App nor the third-party API stores or retains your photo beyond the duration of the processing session.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party APIs for its functionality. While we take measures to ensure secure data transmission, we are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, and content, belong to Hayo AI: Hairstyle Try On App or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flax. 1 Kontext Image Edit App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated EULA within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
